Due to Italian legislation, all tickets must be used by the supporter who has purchased it. In order to comply with this legislation all supporters must complete this online form.
If you have purchased tickets for friends or family you are required to complete this information for each person in your group.
Note: The information provided must match the supporter number you purchased under. The supporters name will be written on the back of their ticket, and will need to match the details on their passport (which will need to be carried with them on the day) in order for them to gain entry to the Stadio San Paolo.
